Studio Art Mojo Course-2D Art and Pottery Wheel for Kids Term 1 2026

Art Workshops Studio gives your child the opportunity to uncover a love of ceramics ,painting, watercolors, acrylic painting, drawing or art journaling with Art Workshops' exciting kid's only range of workshops and courses on the Sunshine Coast!

This terms Studio Kids Mojo Course will teach them about the meditative process of wheel throwing and how to hand build their own sculpted totems or ceramic bowls and more! They will find an inner balance as they sink their hands into a variety of ceramic techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.

With watercolours, acrylic paint, charcoal and graphite they will explore portraits and the scape to develop ways of working and observing their surroundings. Every Friday for 2 hours your child will be immersed in a working Studio and Gallery space nestled in the heart of Montville.

All art materials supplied including clay and firings. Visual Diary also supplied

Janine Delgos is a qualified secondary art educator and artist with 30 years of experience in the realm of Visual Art and Education. She has been a prolific teacher in both regional and coastal schools in and around the Sunshine Coast and is passionate at encouraging her students to explore and break conventions and boundaries to find their own narrative as well as fostering community creativity and mentoring the young and talented. Janine has a multitude of skills, techniques and materials knowledge that provide inspiring and creative approaches to any artwork
