Art Workshops Group provides access to a variety of resources, including but not limited to company,
products and licensing information, videos, documentation, pricing information and product purchasing, download areas,
communication forums, links to other sites and resources, (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates,
enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new services, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Art Workshops Group also provide Kits for purchase online that are tailored to, but not restricted to, specific workshops.
In these conditions:
- "Workshops" means online workshops provided as either streamed videos via Vimeo and documentation on the Artworkshops web site and downloaded PDF files, or live workshops.
- "Kits" mean artworkshop materials sold collectively as a kit.
- "Service/s" means; video streaming via Vimeo, documentation, download areas, communication forums, links to other sites and resources where available
- Workshops and Kits that Art Workshops Group provides to you are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Online Purchasing
Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Art Workshops Group reserves the right to update the Terms at any time without notice.
Online Workshop Service Operation
Art Workshops Group does not guarantee the availability of the Service or that any aspect of the service will operate without
fault or delay. Art Workshops Group is not responsible, in any way, for delays or problems incurred, with particular reference
to Internet communications services and equipment, third party services and Internet Service Providers. The Service is provided
on an “as is” basis without any obligation or liabilities to Art Workshops Group other than those expressly laid out in these Terms.
Art Workshops Group reserves the right to make any changes to the Services or website content of any form, location, domain, or
any aspect of the site without notice at any time.
Service Duration
Online Workshops are only available for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase unless extended at the sole digression of
Artworkshops Group.
Materials List
Each workshop has a general materials list provided as a guide only. Art Workshops Group does not guarantee the availability of materials,
most of materials are available from suppliers, local hardware or home cupboard or found/ handmade tools
Kits
Kits are provided as an optional to purchase online and are detailed in the workshop materials list.
Personal Use
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit,
display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or
services obtained from the Services.
Protection of Information
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information that we collect is only used to facilitate your transactions on our
website and to enhance your overall experience with us.
Documents Available On This Site
Any documentation that is made available (and/or to download) from the Services ("Documents") is the copyrighted work of Art
Workshops Group and/or its suppliers.
Art Workshops Group and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the
Documents and related graphics published as part of the Services for any purpose. All such Documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Art Workshops Group and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Art Workshops Group and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the Services.
The Documents and related graphics published on the Services could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Art Workshops Group and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements
and/or changes in the Services at any time.
Membership Accounts
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and
accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of any password and/or username that you may be required to create. Furthermore, except for Art Workshops Group’s own responsibility
towards the matter, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Art
Workshops Group immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Art Workshops Group will not be
liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account due to your fault, either with or
without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Art Workshops Group or another party due to someone
else using your account or password due to your fault. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of
the account holder.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms,
conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Art Workshops
Group server, or the network(s) connected to any Art Workshops Group server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of
any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected
to any Art Workshops Group server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain
or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
Orders
By placing an order for purchase of goods and/or Services via this website ("Order") you are agreeing to Art Workshops Group's Terms.
You may place an Order by following the instructions on the website. Your Order will be submitted by completing payment details and
indicating your acceptance to the Terms. Orders will be deemed to have been received by Art Workshops Group at the time
Art Workshops Group sends an Order confirmation to your nominated e-mail address.
Each Order (once accepted) represents a separate Agreement incorporating the terms of that Order. Art Workshops Group reserves the
right to not accept or cancel Orders. In the event that an Order is cancelled by Art Workshops Group, any payments processed by
Art Workshops Group will be promptly assessed for refund processing purposes.
You acknowledge that the Internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, insecure marketplace. At times the website may not be available,
or Orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances Art Workshops Group
accepts no responsibility. Art Workshops Group does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you
transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at
your own risk and Art Workshops Group is not responsible while such information is in transit.
Payments
By clicking to proceed with your Order, you agree to purchase the Goods and/or Services ordered and authorise Art Workshops Group to
debit the total amount of your Order from your payment method selected.
Payment for online orders is to be made by Visa or MasterCard only. You may provide your nominated credit card details during the
purchase process described on the website or request to be contacted to provide the appropriate payment details.
Once you click to finalise your Order, Art Workshops Group will process payment for your Order, plus any delivery charges as itemised
on the final screen where you indicate your acceptance of this contract (Total Amount), using your nominated credit card
(Visa or MasterCard) using a secure payment gateway. In the event you wish to be contacted to provide payment details, a member of the
Art Workshops Group staff will endeavour to contact you in order to collect payment and process your Order. No Order will be processed
until full payment is received by Art Workshops Group.
Workshop Refunds
Refunds for workshops are only payable in certain circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of Art Workshops Group.
Kit/s Refunds
The buyer shall examine the kit/s upon delivery. Art Workshops Group reserves the right to reject claims in respect of shortages or
damage in transit, or non-delivery later than 7 days after the due date of delivery.
Whilst Art Workshops Group will use its best endeavours to deliver the goods in accordance with the buyers requirements,
Art Workshops Group will not be liable for any consequence of late delivery however caused, either with the original purchase and delivery
of the kit/s.
Change Of Mind And Purchases Made In Error
When accepted, refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the original purchase price
Refunds under this provision and will be refunded via Paypal.
Original freight costs are not refundable under this provision
Return freight costs are to be paid by the purchaser
The item must be returned in new, unopened, and unused condition.
Art Workshops Group a 7 day return window from date of delivery under this provision
Refunds are subject to the goods arriving back and being inspected by Art Workshops Group.
